Remote Lessons

First two lessons free!

Can’t get to me or prefer to practice at your pool? If you have access to a pool and to email, you can receive stroke and performance evaluations from me and even learn to teach/swim Face-Up First® yourself.

Can’t get to me or prefer to practice at your pool? If you have access to a pool, you can learn Face-Up First®.

Teach your child or teach yourself to swim in your local pool, with my support. You can do it. I will help you. No experience necessary.

 


Here’s how remote lessons work

  1. Watch the “Getting Started” video.

  2. Make sure you have put layers of protection in place and have a safety plan for your lesson.

  3. Get in the pool and swim with your child. Video the interaction. I will accept up to three minutes of video. You may include more than one child in your submission. I will accept one three-minute video or several clips totaling up to three minutes. All video submissions become property of Jeanie Neal Face-Up First and may be used without any identifying information for instructional purposes.

  4. Send me your video and any information about you, the student, and/or the pool that will help me help you reach your swimming goals.

  5. I will respond within 48 hours with an evaluation, directions, a lesson plan, and coaching tips for an in-water lesson. Your first two evaluations/lesson plans are free.

  6. Continue to send me video whenever you would like to receive additional remote lessons. Lessons are $12 each - per three minutes of video submitted.
