Check to make sure your water safety certificate is current. Certificates expire one year from date of issue. If you do not have a current water safety certificate, please complete the course before attempting to register for lessons. You may reach the course at www.onlinewatersafetycourse.com. The cost is $12.

After submitting your form, please click the orange button to pay your tuition.
CONFIRM YOUR REGISTRATION: This is a manual system. Your registration is sent to me as an email and I update the session page. I will post swimmer names upon receipt of a completed registration form and payment of tuition. Please revisit the session page in 24 hours to make sure your registration appears on the schedule. COVID-19 Precautions
BE INFORMED: Stay informed. Remain in compliance with any state and county directed health measures and facility directives.
BE RESPONSIBLE: Stay home if anyone in your household is sick. Send a healthy substitute friend or relative or use the FUF Lesson Swap page on Facebook to try to swap out your lesson for a later date.
WASH YOUR HANDS: Wash your hands before coming to the pool. Carry hand sanitizer and use it. Remain in areas designated for use during lessons.
SOCIAL/PHYSICAL DISTANCING: Follow any posted traffic patterns through the facility. Use the distancing markers above the benches.
LIMIT GROUP SIZE: Do not bring non-swimming siblings and friends or extra spectators.
WORK TOGETHER: Let’s support each other in making the facilities we use safer places for all of us.
